Ordering Cannabis Clones
Most of our successful commercial cannabis farms pre-order well in advanced using careful farm planning techniques to determine when they will need their next batch of clones. We typically don't "sell out" if you pay attention to the pre-order process, especially suggested lead times.
NO ACCOUNT NECESSARY:
No account is necessary - but all clients must fill out our wholesale account form for state compliance, after you submit the form, call us at 707-840-5667 to order from our 2022 cultivars list.
ORDER LEAD TIME:
Any time of the year HENDRX recommends a 6-8 week lead time, and in preparation for Spring, pre-orders can book as far as 6 months in advance. If you don't know how to calculate this, please contact us for help with cannabis cultivation planning.
Cultivation Operations and Farm Planning:
If you need help with cultivation planning and planting strategies, HENDRX can help. With a little information from you about your cannabis farm, we can help you plan and organize your ongoing cultivation programs including selecting the right varieties for your specific micro-climate and even different greenhouses on the same property. We can even send reminders to make sure you don't miss subsequent clone pre-orders deadlines based on the plan you set out for your farm.

All clients are required to fill out our wholesale account form to comply with California state laws. Help us save time on the phone by filling it out now.
To view our extended cultivar selection including live inventory, you will need an account. Read about live inventory access here: live clone inventory. The clones on these lists are available for purchase immediately, or very soon; but beware, we typically sell out 6-18 weeks in advance depending on the season. It's always best to pre-order.
PRE-ORDER PROCESS:
Ordering your clones in advance is smart and appreciated, as it reduces waste and helps us organize and produce more clones every year. We regularly sell out of our live inventory, and ordering in advance guarantees the best chance of getting the top cannabis strains you want.
STEP 1: QUALIFY YOUR ACCOUNT
Fill out the appropriate wholesale or personal-use intake form and we will create your account in our system.
STEP 2: INVENTORY CHECK
Browse our genetic preservation or commercial clone menu; prepare your order with preferred quantiles, dates, and varieties for your farm or garden.
STEP 3: SUBMIT ORDER REQUEST
Email us, give us a call, or submit your request through our website for pre-qualified members. Priority is assigned based on the the order of which requests are received.
STEP 4: AVAILABILITY CONFIRMATION
Order requests will be individually approved by HENDRX inventory administrators. Once you have received a confirmation you will have a specified allotment of time to drop off a deposit to secure your order.
STEP 5: DEPOSIT RECEIVED
HENDRX inventory administrators will collect your deposit and confirm the dates for fulfillment. After the deposit your order is secured in our fulfillment schedule.
STEP 6:FULFILLMENT
Be responsive as your date approaches, HENDRX administrators will prepare and collect information in order to schedule a smooth fulfillment experience for your delivery or pickup.
